David Johnson is the consummate professional realtor, providing services beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. I met David professionally when his services were retained by my client in an adverse probate real estate transaction. David managed the warring heirs and found a buyer in a market adverse to Sellers. I then retained his services to sell my rental properties and my home. Sale of the rental property required managing a Buyer with a different socio/cultural perspective on business transactions. Our home was an unusual property, difficult to value because of the scarcity of viable comps in the area. HIs comps were spot on and adopted by the appraiser. We received a full price offer in 4 days of listing. Additionally, he managed the transfer of assets from the property for us while we moved on to our new out of state home, spending weeks at a time on the property overseeing activities the Seller usually is responsible for. He met with prospective contractors on our behalf, managed contractors once hired to make repairs required for the sale as well as contractors hired to remove items from the property and dispose of them appropriately. The sale of a property as unusual and as large as our home is no easy matter especially in a market with such high interest rates, yet David accomplished this almost as soon as the property was listed.
