David Johnson was my daughter’s real estate agent and did a fabulous job for her so I had a high comfort level going into the sale of my home. David, however, exceeded my expectations. I was moving out of state and had a tight turnaround time to close but David made sure everything went smoothly. He is so knowledgeable and professional. My house sold/closed above asking price in 30 days at a time when interest rates were very high.
