Mr David Johnson proved he knows the real estate business. He always explained & kept us up to date with what was going on with selling process. His negotiating skills are excellent. He was polite and always responsive. Dave was respectful of our time and the tenants time/privacy. He gave sound advice but made it clear it’s our final decision. Dave made the whole selling process a pleasant experience for our family.
